Dedicated managers have extensive experience managing affordable housing projects including Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) projects, Project Based Section 8 properties, and Housing Choice (Section 8) Voucher tenancies. Our staff is certified and well versed in maintaining compliance and appropriate record keeping for affordable housing projects, and communicating with sponsors, regulators, investors and other stakeholders.
