Communication
Great communication is essential in our industry and very important to us! We are happy to offer our owners an online portal for easy access to financials, work orders, real-time reports, and more! The convenient mobile app is great for when you’re not in the office and has both email and text platforms.
Tenants have access to their own portal as well, with email and text platforms for communication with management. They can view account information, quickly and easily make rent payments, or put in maintenance requests.
