TENANT FAQ

We run standard credit and criminal background checks. We also take into consideration your income and previous rental history. Additional qualification requirements will be detailed on the property application.

The approval process usually takes 24-48 hours.

Yes we do accept rental assistance at the discretion of our owners. Please see our Tenant Resources page for more information.

Our standard residential leases are 12 months long.

Yes. For most properties the application fee is $40 per person payable online.

Pets are accepted at the discretion of the property owner. Weight limit and breed restrictions can vary between properties, so please check the listing or contact us for more information.

Office hours are:

Monday - Friday: 9am-5pm Central Standard Time.

Rent is due on the first calendar day of each month.

Rent can be paid online by ACH or credit card!  Just click the green Pay Rent button above to be directed to your tenant portal.

For fastest service submit a maintenance request through your tenant portal.  Click the Get Maintenance button above.
