What are your rental qualifications?
We run standard credit and criminal background checks. We also take into consideration your income and previous rental history. Additional qualification requirements will be detailed on the property application.
How can I view a property?
Please visit our Listings page to choose the property you would like to view. You can contact us through the listing or by text at 502-498-8721.
How can I apply to become a resident?
Applications can be completed online! Please contact us via email at contactus@exarisproperties.com or by phone at 314-881-8081 to request a link.
Want to get a jump on the process? Go to the listing online and submit a pre-application!
How long is the approval process?
The approval process usually takes 24-48 hours.
Do you accept rental and/or utility assistance?
Yes we do accept rental assistance at the discretion of our owners. Please see our Tenant Resources page for more information.
How long will my lease be?
Our standard residential leases are 12 months long.
Is there an application fee?
Yes. For most properties the application fee is $40 per person payable online.
What is your Pet Policy?
Pets are accepted at the discretion of the property owner. Weight limit and breed restrictions can vary between properties, so please check the listing or contact us for more information.
What are your office hours?
Office hours are:
Monday - Friday: 9am-5pm Central Standard Time.
When is my rent payment due?
Rent is due on the first calendar day of each month.
How can I pay my rent?
Rent can be paid online by ACH or credit card! Just click the green Pay Rent button above to be directed to your tenant portal.
How can I submit a maintenance request?
For fastest service submit a maintenance request through your tenant portal. Click the Get Maintenance button above.

How can I obtain a copy of my lease?
You can download/print a copy of your lease from your tenant portal. Click on the Resident Login above.
How can I get a circuit breaker letter for my taxes?
